ICT is actively seeking additional regional and larger community banks who understand the value and power of Renewable Energy Programs and Incentives, offering to their customers and prospects the full spectrum of photovoltaic equipment leasing and financing products. Qualified bank candidates will typically meet the following criteria:
- Have total assets of at least $1 billion
- Actively participating in Alternative Energy projects
- Have a significant focus on commercial banking (versus consumer banking)
- Profitable and paying income and capital gain taxes
- Have an appetite for Tax Equity
- Have creditworthy customers with Renewable Energy capital equipment needs.
Value Chain Origination Method
ICT employs a unique and methodical approach to investment origination. Having control investments along the entire solar industry value chain, ICT’s Business Development Group is exposed to information about all major Renewable Energy projects actively looking for financing in the U.S.
ICT enjoys structured finance relationships with a number of key players in the industry and establish significant relationships with International Supply Chain participants.
With those relationships in place, ICT is dedicated to sourcing proprietary investment opportunities for both the Renewable Energy Construction Project Debt Financing and Industry Specific Equity Funds.
In addition, ICT has developed relationships with International Banks and Private Lenders, Investment Banks, Accountants, Attorneys, US and Hedge Funds and other investment and lending institutions.
These relationships are extremely valuable in syndicating of funding sources for large projects and originating proprietary investments.
